The Fund has assembled a management team of internationally experienced & qualified personnel .

The team has expertise in funds management, international law, accounting, venture capital, M&A, IPOs, trade sales and technology.

Edison will consider investing capital of A$250,000 up to
A$3 million into exceptional Australian ventures with an emphasis on projects seeking follow-on funding, or in the later stages of development in the venture cycle.

Typically, the Fund invests in companies that have a unique value proposition and have established a market position for their products or services and are beginning to commercialise or grow their innovations.
By focusing on later-stage investee companies, the Fund reduces its investment risk, generates earlier revenue and is more aligned with the experience and expertise of the management team.
